Alongside other iconic Italian designers such as Franco Albini, Achille Castiglioni, and Gio Ponti, Scarpa's design was an expression of encapsulating fabric within a metal frame, creating a unique and unified look. 50 years later, the Soriana collection is still highly sought after, with its lounge chair, medium and large sofas, chaise lounge, and ottoman gracing the homes of some of the world's greatest designers and architects.
